RAPPORT DU MOIS DE JANVIER 2021

Le mois de janvier qui débute la nouvelle année 2021 a été mis à profit dans l’exécution des activités et le suivi de nos projets réalisés en Côte d’Ivoire. Cela nous permet d’avoir toujours un regard sur ce que nous avons fait et ce que nous faisons actuellement, car pour nous les résultats de nos projets nous permettent de planifier l’avenir dans nos actions de développement communautaire. 

 
Le projet de réinsertion des jeunes réalisé avec l’appui financier de MOFA et l’accompagnement technique d’ICA-Japon continu de produire des résultats satisfaisant en Agroforesterie et élevage. Ainsi les récoltes des régimes de palme ont commencés dans les villages de Mûre, Boka-oho, Aboudé Boua-Vincent, Niamanzra1 et N’gorankro. Pour les orangers et les goyaviers ce sont N’gorankro et Dèoboguié qui aujourd’hui sont en production pour la grande joie des bénéficiaires.

ZDémarrée en décembre dernier, les travaux de construction du poulailler sont en cours de finition. Pour cette semaine, les travailleurs sont en train de mettre les filets et faire les cloisons dans le bâtiment. L’arrivée des poulets se fera en début de semaine prochaine. Cette délocalisation des poulets va nous permettre de mieux suivre l’activité de l’élevage. 

La mise en sachet des semences de champignon s’est bien déroulée et nous sommes autour de 1300 sachets pour cette seconde phase de la culture de champignon qui nous espérons une production d’au moins 6 à 7 kg. La vente de cette production va un temps soit peu aider ICA-CI pour sa prise en charge de son fonctionnement quotidien. 

Le Centre d’Education Préscolaire Centre Sainte Sato continu de se faire connaître à travers les élèves qui fréquentent cet établissement. Les parents sont très heureux qu’ICA-CI ait ouvert cette école préscolaire dans le village de Kouadiokonankro. Aussi les enfants qui autrefois étaient très timide et pleuraient beaucoup sont devenus très joyeux et participent bien aux jeux et aux exercices qui leurs sont soumis par les éducatrices préscolaires.

Le projet Association Villageoise d’Epargne et de Crédit (AVEC) qui a prit fin le 30 septembre 2020, nous permis de former 200 personnes aux méthodologies AVEC dans quatre villages de la région de l’Agneby-Tiassa. Cette méthodologie qui a consisté à enseigné aux villageois qui ont participés aux différentes formations ont pu avoir la culture de l’épargne et aussi du crédit. Avec la subvention de la banque mondiale 103 sur les 200 ont commencés à mener des Activités Génératrices de Revenues (AGR) dans différents domaines d’activités (Elevage, Commerce, Service, et Transformation).

REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY 2021

The month of January, which begins the new year 2021, was used for implimentation of activities and the monitoring of our projects in Côte d'Ivoire. This allows us to always have a look at what we have done and what we are doing now, because for us the results of our projects allow us to plan for the future in our community development actions.

The youth reintegration project carried out with the financial support of MOFA and the technical support of ICA-Japan continues to produce satisfactory results in Agroforestry and livestock. Thus, the harvest of the palm trees has started in the villages of Mûre, Boka-oho, Aboudé Boua-Vincent, Niamanzra1 and N’gorankro. For the orange trees and guava trees it is N’gorankro and Dèoboguié which are now in production to the delight of the beneficiaries.

Started last December, the construction of the henhouse is being finished. For this week, the workers are putting the nets and making the partitions in the building. The arrival of the chickens will be early next week. This relocation of chickens will allow us to better monitor the activity of the breeding.

The bagging of the mushroom seeds went well and we are around 1300 bags for this second phase of the mushroom cultivation which we hope will produce at least 6 to 7 kg. The sale of this production will for a time help ICA-CI to take charge of its daily operations.

The  Sainte Sato Preschool Education Center continues to make itself known through the students who attend this establishment. Parents are very happy that ICA-CI has opened this preschool in the village of Kouadiokonankro. Also the children who used to be very shy and cried a lot have become very happy and participate well in the games and exercises which are given to them by the preschool educators.

The Village Saving and Loan Association (VSLA) project, which ended on September 30, 2020, enabled us to train 200 people in VSLA methodologies in four villages in the Agneby-Tiassa region. This methodology, which consisted in teaching the villagers who participated in the various trainings, were able to have the culture of savings and also of credit. With the grant from the World Bank, 103 out of the 200 have started to carry out Income Generating Activities (IGA) in different areas of activity (Livestock, Trade, Service, and Processing).
